Head 180 out? What exactly are you talking about? A head can't be out. The timing chain or belt can be out after the head is installed, but you would have to go through the timing procedure to check that. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Again, that goes back to the timing chain and it's setup procedure when the head is installed. Nothing to do with the head itself.

Now it changes to possibly having the wrong camshafts in the head. I really don't know if these cams are different between left and right bank. I doubt it. Your going to have to check part numbers and check with the dealer to find out. I certainly would not have jumped into disassembling a head that the machine shop had just assembled.
