#2 cyl. misfire code

I have a 2004 kia sedona v6 w/#2 cyl. misfire. I changed plugs and swithed coil, boot (wires) fuel injector with the # 4 cyl. thinking I would get a #4 cyl. misfire on code ret. scanner and again I got # 2 cyl. misfire. i checked for spark on the boot and it seemed to have a good spark. could a bad cylinder give me a misfire code? and if so would'nt I have some kind of backfire or noise it has 87,000 miles. you can really feel the mis.

Sounds like you have used some good isolation methods. I would take a compression test to see how you stand there.
