2012 Chevy Cruze LT 1.4 Turbo, Crank, No Start, after Overhaul.

2012 Chevy Cruze LT 1.4 Turbo When I purchased it less than a year ago its was throwing codes for MAF, MAP, etc but nothing serious at all. I drove it home and as the months went by driving it daily, it started to throw a code of a Cylinder 2 misfire but it ran and drove just fine. it was confusing because one day it would have a misfire code and one day it wouldnt have any code for a misfire. So i thought it was a loose wire or an electrical problem. Early this year while driving the knock sensor went out. I replaced it and decided to do a compression test. The results were not good. I decided to start my first overhaul. I replaced the following: Piston Skirts, Circlips, Pins and Piston Rings for all 4 Pistons. All new rod bearings and bolts. All old piston parts including the rings had zero issues. 15 out of 16 Valves looked normal. There was 1 exhaust valve in Cylinder 3 that had one side of it melted and or broken off which the size of it was about the size of an eraser on a pencil. So I replaced just that one. Head gasket. Old one had no issue. Front Cover gasket: Replaced Timing Chain guides: Replaced both but only one was broken. Timing Chain tensioner: Replaced. Head Bolts: Replaced New Turbo: Old one had a Crack in the Turbine Housing. The new turbo is not an upgraded one, just OEM. Spark plugs: Replaced. After I got done with re-assembly, it was finally time to start it up. Turned the key and it wont start. Cranks and sounds good (healthy) but wont turn over. So I started diagnosing and checking everything. All electrical wiring is good and is hooked up. Checked all fuses and relays, and I replaced all that needed to be replaced. Cleaned Throttle body. Replaced Crankshaft Sensor. Coil Pack wiring is good along with coil pack. There are no codes being thrown. Thank you in advance and any and all advice/help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know if this is even a real question. Let me understand this, With no experience, knowledge or training you decided to do an engine rebuild on your own. You have no idea how to do measurements for bearing clearance, cylinder taper, piston clearance, crankshaft end play, valve spring tension, etc, etc?
Head gasket. Old one had no issue. You re-used the head gasket??? You replaced one valve and did nothing with the others. I have no response for this. I am just dumbfounded. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

No experience yes but gotta start somewhere right? Knowledge? I'm not stupid, don't know if you know this but there are repair manuals that are out there. And I'll save you some time I bought one. as for the measurements and and the other things you listed I did all of that I figured that someone as smart as you would know that you don't want to write a novel on these types of platforms. if a post is too long people tend to not read the whole thing. so I didn't put that in there. And no I didn't re-use the head gasket. this may come as a shock but I bought all my gaskets before doing the job. yes, I replaced one valve look you can read it too! well, maybe not because in my post I wrote '' I replaced the following:" Must of missed that part huh? and you did have a response to this, you, right now are reading my response to your response. I think what you meant to say was the problem I'm having with my car is to advance for you so you decided to judge and make assumptions about me because of what you thought you understood from my post

Gee, you can buy manuals? Doesn't your manual tell you why it won't start? One of my kids needs heart surgery. I'm going to go get me a manual.
