Search Auto Parts Search 200 ford escort not starting Sign up here!   Email This Post Auto Repair Home>> Automotive Repair>> Engine Troubleshooting jhoney User May 22, 2010, 7:18 PM Post #1 of 3 (1157 views) 200 ford escort not starting Sign In hello, i am trying to fix my moms car, she has a 2000 ford escort with a 2.0 motor. the car will crank, has spark, and has fuel being delivered. i have pulled the injectors and even checked to make sure they are working and they are. i have checked timing on it and it does not seem to be out. i have even replaced the cam shaft sensor on it. i was wondering if anyone else has ever had a problem like this. i do not want to keep buying parts for it and it not work. i have thought about the crank sensor. any help would be appreciated. My buddy had the exact same car at work a couple of days ago as a no start with everything you have....... Turns out the timing belt jumped........
