2009 Dodge Ram Jerking when starting to accelerate

My 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi started jerking this morning when accelerating from being stopped; there is a clicking noise when it happens. Once I get over 35 mph it does not happen as often though. I took it in to the dealership and they are giving me the usual song and dance about how it MAY not be covered under the warranty. Seems NOTHING is EVER covered under their warranty as they refused to replace the engine when it completely blew at 24,000 miles. Are there any known problems I should know about so I am ready when they try to screw me over again?
The check engine light has not come on and it was scheduled for a regular (on time) oil change tomorrow.
