2005 Hyundai Sonata 4 cyl

Engine runs rough after warming up to operating temp and eventually stalls out. No codes are being throw. Already replaced ignition misfire sensor and plug wires. Car was around 115000 miles on it. Timing belt replaced around 90000. Stumped! Please help!

Can't be a good code reading if misfire is bad enough to stall - try another reading or better tester.
Check for vacuum leaks just because as "unmetered" air is leaning out mixture and may be late to throw a code. I still like to use either carb cleaners known not too flammable or by brand Bra-Kleen is almost a fire extinfuisher. Those vary, some are flammable some purposely not just safer and rather than improve an miss if a vacuum leak would stall it or really cause a stumble if it hits one - gaskets not just rubber hose and connections are spots for vacuum leaks,

IDK either? Perhaps some "knock sensor" and why? It was misfiring,

When problem first happened i plugged my code reader up and it said the ignition misfire sensor was bad. I replaced it and it no longer throws a code but the problem did not go away

what was the code ?
Your term/description "misfire sensor" is NOT helpful. There is NO misfire "sensor" . So what was done.

Yes, there is a component in the circuit called an "Ignition Failure Sensor"
Not very common.

A learning day for me.... Sorry for the wrong info had to work backward to find the sensor....
looks like ion sensing by another name.... any way was there P0320 the code?
OK no code? and poor running... with scanner we would look at ECT, FT's, MAP, o2 voltages.
without a scanner I would start with -fuel pressure, vacuum check....

I can't recall the code number. I parked the car for a while after it broke down. I'm finally getting around to messing with it I will get some more info with my scanner tomorrow when I'm back around the car. Thanks for the info so far!
