2002 ford focus wet starting problems

Hello,
I have a 2002 Ford Focus 1.8 ZX3, that takes 3-5 times to start when its wet. I replaced the plugs and wires and battery. Still have a problem although not a bad. In the old days there was a dist. cap to replace. Thanks!

If this is using coil packs at the place where a dist would be they can do the same as the old cracked distributor thing. WD-40 may help temporarily. You may actually see some arcing there especially when dark and that part would have to be replaced if witnessed,
