2002 Kia Optima will NOT start or turn over:( Sign In

I have a 2002 Kia Optima 2.4L and it will not start. We have checked everything and I have no more ideas. The battery is fine, all of the inside lights will operate and the radio and a/c will come on while in the on position, but when I turn the key to start, the lights turn off inside and nothing turns over, or even clicks like an attempt to start. I have replaced the starter and solenoid, i have checked the wire that goes to the solenoid, the neutral safety switch is ok, the grounds are fine, the ignition switch has been replaced, but still the same thing happens. Any help or advice would be awesome.

I don't see anywhere that you tested the battery. I know you said it was fine but what was that based on?

We took it to Advance and they said that the original battery was in need of replacing but i used another battery from a working car that is perfectly fine and still had the same result as the other.

You mention that all the wires and the neutral switch are good. Did you actually test for power in and out of the neutral switch or anywhere else in the circuit. You also have a 30amp fuse that powers both the switch and relay.
Here is the wiring diagram so you can test the circuit.
