2002 Ford F-250 V-10 RUNS REALLY ROUGH Sign In

I have a Ford F-250 Superduty with a V-10 motor,I just got it back from a Ford dealer cause there was a loud banging nosie coming from the motor, turned out it was #4 intake follower popped out so I had them fix it and also they changed plugs checked wires and did oil change on it,Truck ran fine for a couple days and all of a sudden it runs really rough and almost wants to die when you try to take off also after a bit it runs ok but between 35-45 it runs really bad shakes and just sounds like it's missing. Any ideas? Truck has 99,000 miles and Ford dealer says it checked everything and it was in great shape when it left.Just over night it started running really rough. Please I just bought this truck and can't afford more costly repairs any one out there know what the trouble could be? Thanks
