2002 Buick LeSabre cranks but won't start

I have a 2002 Buick LeSabre with 160k miles on it that I recently got from my sister. While she had it I replaced the water pump, coolant elbow, thermostat, spark plugs and wires. She was having leaks, rough idling and overheating issues. The coolant reservoir was dirty and would bubble sometimes. Also we constantly had to refill the radiator cause of losing coolant but it wasn't leaking nowhere. not long before i got the vehicle from her it died while she was coming into town and has not been started since, which has been about a month or so by now. Since I took it i noticed all I was getting was a crank no start situation and quickly figured out that was just a bad battery. I got a new battery and got plenty juice so it will crank but still no start. I have seen it could possibly be the anti-theft system but I am not getting any security flashes or solid while the ignition is in the on position. it does flash while in the off or with the key is out of the ignition for about 10 minutes. I tried a no tool type spark test just looking at the towers on the coils with the spark plugs wires off and seen no spark jumping from tower to tower or heard nothing either. So I assumed it has to be a no spark situation (unless doing it that way don't necessarily mean anything)? This all led me to testing the coils and they checked out. I checked the ICM and it is receiving a solid 11.5-12V power. The ground to the ICM as well. I replaced the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor while I was at it. I never tested the starter just assuming it was good due to the engine cranking. Same with the ignition switch. I have been cleaning up any oxidized grounds and checking grounds I can find that may be loose or corroded. I know I am probably looking at engine repairs definitely but would that be the cause for the no start situation I'm having as of now though? By the way, I'm thinking the last time the car died was because of the bad battery also. I had the alternator tested and that checked out good as well. My next step is to try the 10 minute reset procedure related to the security system and if that don't do it then possibly starter and ignition switch?

All that and no codes to help? Aftermarket or original security system? Just how did you test for spark? All the "Crank, no start problems" should begin with following this which is here at this forum > http://autoforums.carjunky.com/...LL_NOT_START_P75655/ < Fuel pressure? I'd start there it's been hot badly so open book. Try codes and begin the list somewhere ruling out all items that make an engine run at all at that link, Tom

Yeah I tried plugging in my OBD reader but I guess from old battery being dead to the new battery being installed the codes were erased. So no codes found for me to go by. I believe it's the original security system. The key I have to it is the PK3. The only reason I have this theory on no spark is because I seen that by taking the spark plug boots off the towers to the coils and cranking the car would show spark jumping from tower to tower. So that was my way of testing. I thought about it possibly being the fuel system but figured I would try and stay focused on the ignition system first going by the assumption it's a no spark issue that's atleast keeping the car from starting. I will check the link thanks.
