Get the battery tested. If it turns out to be drained or bad, get that fixed and then the charging system will need to be tested. If the battery is good then the starting system will need to be looked at so you can get the motor to turn over so you can diag the no start.... Sounds like it just died on you going down the road and that's why all the lights came on but it wouldn't hurt to get the codes pulled..... I'm guessing it is cranking but not firing and then I'd guess a timing belt as the cause.
