my 2001 escort keeps fuel fouling plugs and blowing spark plug wires. ive replaced the plugs,plug wires,and coil pack and it keeps doing the same thing, fouls the plugs blows one of the plug wires and it causes the car to sputter, and the check engine light comes on

Would you define what you mean by "blows one of the plug wires".
