2001 crown victoria wont start Sign In

hi i am new to this thread i have a 2001 crown victoria with a 4.6 v8 with about 60,000 miles i was driving my car a few days ago and it had been running normally then jus shut down when i had it towed home i checked it out and i found no power at my obd 2 port no spark no fuel pressure i changed the pcm but i still have the same propblem any help i would really appriciate it thank you in advance.

First, I'd put your old PCM back in. The new one will have to be programmed if you decide to keep it. If you have no power at the OBDII connector, you may want to check fuses. There may be two fuses for the PCM. Check the power distribution box under the hood and the fuse box under the dash (driver's side). I'm also assuming that you have plenty of battery voltage.

Also check under the front bumper cover below the battery area. The wiring sags there and gets water in the loom and corrodes the wires. Look g=for a brown wire, or a green wire with a red treacer.
