2001 chevy tracker loses power and quits.

I have a 2001 chevy tracker that loses power and quits. After a bit it will start up and run fine until it happens again. I had the battery and altenator checked and th battery was at 13 and altenator at 74 amps. I am thinking some sort of module is going out. Any suggestion.

The first thing I would try would be to rig up a fuel pressure gauge that can be watched while it's driven and see what the fuel pressure does when this happens.
