2000 honda civic rpm bounces

When this car warms up the idle does a bit of a bounce. It bounces about two hundred rpms. Also when it gets to this point it doesn't like the gas to be pushed one inch down . If you push it afrther than an inch its good.
Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Usually the throttle body assembly and gasket is the culprit. Make sure the new one comes with a new TP sensor and Idle Air Control Motor.
