2000 Volvo V70 R over heating

I have a 2000 Volvo V-70 R that is over heating. If I turn my heat on full blast the temp will come back down. I've tried a radiator flush, new thermostat and a new radiator cap. Anybody have any other ideas?

One question comes to mind. Does this car have an electric fan cooling the radiator? If so, is it kicking on when the temp heats up? Let us know.
