I took my motor out my car. Before taking my motor out. I had notice that my car was running kinda bad but not losing power. I change my timing, water pump, front and rear engine seals, valve cover and oil pan gasket. When I put the motor back in it started right up and had a lil white smoke and mist coming out the tailpipe. I took the spark plug wires off to make sure it wasnt the wires and plugs causing the misfire. I hooked the computer up to it and it gave me PO300 code. Im not sure if the timing was set corerctly.

Before you pulled the engine have you noticed a loss of coolant? There are many reasons for the problem your having, but I guess the place to start would be to see if the timing chain was installed correctly. It could be off one tooth and it wouldn't really affect engine compression, but will make the engine run like a bag of poop. Besides ripping the front cover back off, to check for proper engine timing you would have to use a lab scope and pressure transducer or to monitor the cam and crank sensor signals and see if they are synchronized based off a known good waveform. You probably don't have a DSO laying around, so that may be out of the question. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Do you have a vacuum gauge? Just out of curiosity what is the manifold vacuum reading at idle? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
