1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee - No Spark

I have replaced a lot on the car. Most recently the car's computer, crankshaft position sensor, and coil.
I tried getting a reading off the diagnostic's tool for a code, but that won't work. I can't even get a code.
The engine will turn over
There's just no spark.
I have been working on this problem for a couple months now but to no avail. Anyone got any suggestions?
Replaced plugs and wires recently too just to make sure.

Check engine light come on when you turn the ignition on?
