1998 Dodge Caravan speed sensor Sign In

I have a 98 Caravan with a 3.0 V-6 and a 3 speed auto transmission. The speedometer quit working and the check engine light came on and I got a speed sensor fault code. I wanted to just pull it out and clean it to see if that can save me the $55 for a new one, but I can't seem to locate it. Any help on where it is on the transmission would be greatly appreciated.

That is on the tranny with overdrive. I have a 3 speed with no overdrive.

That is the only image displayed for all references to speed sensors so either they are in the same place or possibly the 3 speed doesn't use one.
