1998 Dodge Avenger Misfiring

After running under load for 15-20 minutes, my engine light will begin flashing and the car will start to misfire horribly. The only codes that come up are for multiple cylinder misfires. I have replaced the plugs, cables, and distributor. Apparently, even the dealership here is unable to figure out what is wrong with the car after holding it for a week. Oil has been noted on the plugs, though there has not been any smoke coming from the exhaust.
