 1996 chevy duly 454 been sitting for 16 months.started it up an while idoling white smoke going staight up in the air out exaust/not billowing but disapeering after making a stream about 2 feet tall going straight up like a cartoon.is it oil from a gasket leak from sitting to long?head?coolent?its a tow truck btw

It's burning coolant for some reason. The first thought is usually a blown head gasket but you can't overlook the possibility of a bad intake manifold gasket. You probably won't know until you start taking it apart.
