The car is having a constant misfire, white smoke out of the exhaust on idle after ~4minutes from a cold start, dip of performance, dip of gas mileage and possibly others. The codes pulled were system too rich banks one and two and cylinder six misfire.

Start with removing the #6 spark plug and let's perform a compression test. While the plug is out, take a close look at it for any signs of coolant entering the cylinder. If all looks good, check for spark at the plug. If all checks out ok take the car to a shop and have the radiator "sniffed" for exhaust in the cooling system to check for a head problem.

there is a new symptom: the car starts and after ~two and a half seconds, the engine shuts off.

Hook up a fuel pressure guage and let's see what the pump is putting out. Post the results and we can go further.
