my 5.7L Tahoe has been running worse the last 2 months. it sputters while maintaining speed or driving slow or trying to drive economically. had comp. on it shows no codes.it causes trans to lock n unlock violently. just replaced;fuel injectors, egr valve,full tuneup,fuel lines(were rotten),fuel filter,has 75000 miles on engine. its becoming undriveable.

What makes you think the engine is to blame for the way the the torque converters locks up I don't understand how that could happen violently anyway. The converter isn't capable of locking that hard.
