No, you don't have to take anything off. Simply unplug any one of the injectors and plug the bulb into the plug. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

OK The plugs to to the injectors are under the plenum pointing inward to the engine, but I'll give it a try.

I only checked no. 1 injector, but I do have a flashing light when cranking the engine. Do I need to check any other injector?

It would be a good idea to check one more but if you still have nothing, then you need to test for power arriving at one side of the injector with the key on. If you verify power at the injector, then you have a problem with the crank sensor, it's related wiring or the PCM itself.

Sorry, I misread your last response. Yes, that would eliminate anything to do with the crank sensor. Things are pointing to an ignition module or related wiring. Unless you can physically see a problem with maybe to pins at the module or the wiring somewhere, your going to need a lab scope for any further testing. At least you eliminated the crank sensor.

I thought the ignition module from the beginning and have already replaced it. Even took the new one back and had them test it to make sure it was good. If something show bad with a scope could the problem be with the PCM? I have tried a different (not new) one with same results, but could have gotten a bad one. I will double check the connectors to the ignition module, especially the wiring to the PCM. Thanks
