1994 izuzu single cab pickup, 2.3 engine, manual trans. I have no way of knowing my fuel pressure, however I do know that the fuel stops leaking when I relieve the fuel tank pressure by removing the gas cap. The leak seems to be above the passenger side motor mount and is running through the motor mount. ? Are there any mechanical parts of the fuel system there or is it possibly a fuel line? The motor mounts are old and need to be replaced, could they have caused a rub or crimp in the fuel line? I appreciate any advice offered.

I don't have a diagram handy on that year but being that is has a carb, it probably has a mechanical fuel pump. An external leak like that would either be the pump or a line but regardless, it really needs to be tracked down & fixed before it does some serious damage........
