1994 K1500 Won't run

1994 Chevy K1500, 350 motor, 170k miles
When the truck is cold it'll start and run fine, but once warmed up it'll start hard and barely run. I've replaced the fuel filter and checked engine wiring. All seems to be fine.

Check engine light on? If so, have it scanned and write down the codes. Your going to need to take it to a shop that has a high end scanner that can access that year diagnostic system.
