1993 Honda Accord LX

4-cyl; 3.3?
Had vehicle serviced--oil/filter plus other fluids changed four days ago. Drove home and back for holiday--less than 300 miles total, and this morning car startup was very rough. Engine idle was rough, like a hesitation to keep going. Driving and shifting in lower gears also showed hesitation, but after driving for five minutes and getting up to about 4,000 rpm/40 mph the engine settled down to normal. I ran my errands and parked the car. Later in the day I started the car and the hesitation returned, this time it did not go away. I have no idea what caused the vibration/hesitation, and also don't know why or how it left the first time, but this concerns me a great deal as you might imagine. Please help.

Check the ductwork from the airfilter to the throttlebody . see if its cocked ,loose, or a sensor to or near it is unplugged.
