1993 Ford conversion van started missing and vibrating

I dumped $4000 in replacement parts and repairs into this vehicle. Stupid, I know. I still have an 18 year old conversion van. But generally, it's been running without a problem, until now. First, the vitals:
1993 Ford F150 conversion van.
351 5.8 v-8 engine. auto tranny w/OD.
132,000 miles
The van has developed a miss and a vibration. My first fear was the torq converter. (vibration). But that wouldn't explain the miss.
Then I thought, fuel injectors. I'm going to stay with that unless/until you convince me otherwise.
How much of a job is it to fix one fuel injector? We're living on SS so a major engine repair job will hurt us a lot. But whatever it is, it is.
Appreciate you opinion.

What parts and repair have been done already? Does it skip at idle, at cruising speeds, under acceleration, or all the above?
Have you determined which cylinder(s) is skipping? Ford had this little test called a power balance test that you could usually do after a KOER test which was great for finding dead cylinders. Most DIY don't have a high end tool that can enable that test, so you'll have to do it the old fashion way by disabling cylinders one at a time.

KOER means Key On Engine Running right?

you can do a resistance test on the injectors.. I don't have a spec you can use a ohm meter across them and they should be close the same resistance. Get a noid light and test output of the circuit.
No sensce throwing parts at it till you figure out whats wrong.
