1992 chrysler new yorker 5th ave 3.3	Sign In

hi got a 92 new yorker 5th ave 173,847 miles on it the low fuel gauge stays on all the time whether full or half full and the fuel pump makes a loud noise when the car is started and run only does is it for a couple seconds and when i step on the brakes the check gauges light comes on can any body shed some light on thse problems thanks in advance
