1991 honda crx problem

i have a 1991 crx with a b16 motor swap now the car ran fine untill i had to change the distributor...i didnt buy the distributor for a while so the car sat for around 8 months....now that i bought the new distributor the car wont start i thought it might be something fuel related from the gas stitting but i checked the pump and its fine and i changed the fuel filter still nothing...i checked for spark and it was weak i bought a brand new duralast battery and plugs and wires and changed them all out and still it wont turn over...its close to it but doesnt go all the way...idk if the timings off after i changed the distributor but idk what to do or how to fix it

the cars point of ignition must be off with cylender #1 so it wont start
