Ok, you've check both injectors & have no pulse. Have you check for spark? I know these are bit tough to check but try to make sure you are getting some kind of pressure.

If you have spark, spray some carb clean down the throttle body to see if it will start. If it does, take the cap off and check out the dist, ohm the pick up coil, I believe the spec are 1000 to 1500 ohms. Check all the wires in there to make sure there are no breaks, if you can get a "tester" control module try that but I would go out & buy one site unseen.....

Just to add to Sidom's instructions....... before you get too deep into it, make sure you have power at the injectors with the key on. If not,, check all your fuses first.

ht both sides of the ijectors have power with the key on the power wires do should the ground also light up if using a light tester and all fuses are good

Yes with KOEO there should be power on both sides of the injector. The PCM momentarily grounds the injector to fire it so when it's ungrounded (off) it's an open circuit and you are just seeing open circuit voltage on the ground side.

The pickup coil is inside the dist but if it will run on starting fluid, more than likely its good but it wouldn't hurt to ohm it anyway. It's a 2 wire connector going to the module, I believe the wires are green & white.

You mentioned a shop & a tech. Did you ask him if he has a tester module? At this point I would want to try a known good one to save some time plus you probably don't have the right equipment to check it properly.

I didn't see where you have checked all your fuses like HT suggested.....That should be done 1st.....
