My car stated like bogging down and wouldn't accelerate, seems like you can hear it through exhaust. The foul was cracked so I replaced that, but still does the same thing. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.

Check engine light on? I would test the back pressure in the exhaust to see if you have a plugged cat. You shouldn't have more than 1 PSI there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Idles fine, and when you rev the engine in park its fine, I checked the plugs they were bad and oil in them so I'm replacing them and valve cover gasket but I'm sure that won't fix it either

That would be a good start. When you do the plugs and valve cover gasket, also replace the spark plug wires. See how that turns out. You might have ignition problems under load. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

I heard it could be the torque converter, and if it is would have to replace the tranny...?

Are you all done with new plugs, wires and the valve cover gasket already? Now worried about the torque converter? T

I don't understand you fully. This car had some bogging down problem and you found bad plugs that have helped as I see it. Now you are thinking about transmission and torque converter issues? Slow down sport. Find out what is wrong. Hammer Time has suggested checking back pressure as you hear it. Discretesignals has suggested doing wires as well as I think the boots with the bad valve cover on this are probably sitting in oil also and not good. Get the known issues out of the way. Forget what someone said about the trans anything for now. If you want to change trans fluid or something it probably doesn't have a drain plug. Move on with tune-up and engine issues before worrying about the trans or get a diagnosis as to what to do next. If you just start taking everything out like a transmission without any clue if it's involved you'll be in trouble quickly with this car. First things first, T
