1990 Tempo won't idle

I have a 1990 Ford Tempo that won't idle. Runs great over 2000 RPM and down the road, but has a noticeable miss under 2000 RPM, and will die if left to idle. Have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, plug wires, and ignition module. Can anyone help?? Thanks.
