I have a 1989 1/2 ton Chevy Silverado 5.7 liter 2wd pickup truck. I was out the other evening with it, it was running fine. I stopped to eat, and when I tried to start it back up, all it would do was crank and not turn over. So I pulled the breather cover to see if there was any fuel flow, and there wasn't. So my first thought was a bad fuel pump. I replaced the fuel filter and verified fuel flow from the pump. Then I replaced the fuel injectors, and still no flow. I have also found that I am getting no fire from the coil. Replaced the coil still no fire. I have also replaced the ECM and still no fire or fuel flow. I am stumped and $300.00 poorer please help.

It's about time to stop throwing parts at it. Having no injector pulse or spark point to having no reference signal which is supplied by the pick up coil in the distributor.

Would that be the ignition control module?

No, I would have said ignition module.
