I went to start my truck today and it feels like it wants to shut off. The exhaust smells really rich. I checked the plugs and they are covered with cabon. I talked to one of the guys at advanced and he said it was probably air/fuel mixture. I have a holley throttle body, i need to find the fuel adjuster screw.
Someone please help!!!!

No such a thing; if the engine is being over fueled; it could be from a command from the ECM (for a number of different reasons), excessive fuel pressure (bad pressure regulator) or leaking injector (worn or dirty). Fuel mixture is not manually adjustable.
