07 nissan quest timing

We are replacing the guides in our nissan Quest 07" . Just as we were nearly done the chane skiped and we have no Idea how to find the correct timing again.
Can we match the tick marks up to the colored marks on the chain and be ok? or do we need to find TDC and if so how do we know where the other gears need to be??
I would appriciate any help.....
