05 ford focus wants to die

Ok so I have This focus that starts, runs, idles fine. When I put it in gear its fine but when I start driving it bogs down around 4,000 rpm. It does not do this if I pop the hood and use the throttle to rev the engine. There is an engine light but its reading O2 sensor. The plugs and coils have been replaced, also no vac leaks that I can find. Ideas on issue or how to fix please?
