05 Optima stalls, starts back up, no power on acceleration

I have recently acquired a 2005 Kia Optima LX 2.4L with about 138k miles. About a week after I bought it I was sitting at a stoplight and the car stalled and started right back up, about another two weeks after that the car stalled as I was going a very low speed turning into the driveway. Now, the car stalled about a week after that while I was driving maybe 30-35 mph on a fairly flat road, maybe a slight incline. I read a helpful article online and completed the idle speed test of the ISC system by putting the A/C on full blast and my car passed that. I also notice that the car doesn't respond by accelerating past about 35mph when I press the gas. Any help is appreciated!

You don't need to give the mechanic any prospective. He does this for a living. You just need to explain the symptoms very clearly and tell him about anything you may have done to the car. Professional techs don't need customers telling them how to do their job.
