04 Aveo Power Loss

About 2 weeks ago I changed the timing belt after the idler went flying off. I was extremely happy when i learned that none of my valves were bent. The car started up great but has a rough idle. preformed a pressure test on all 4 cylinders and discovered that 2-4 messured at 180 psi, and 1 at 150. thats not the biig problem. right after doing this pressure test, my car has a large amount of power loss until i got to a higher speed. i drove it around the block a few times and discovered something i just cant understand. when i lightly tap on the pedal, all my power is there, and shifts great. however. if i push the pedal any more than that light feather tap, all power loss.
i thought APP sensor, but this car does not have one. i thought about the throttle position sensor, but i tested it and appears to be working ok. Codes came up as transmission and random misfire (both very helpful). something happened and just dont know what it is.
added note...i also checked my tans fluid and all is good, not burnt, no black specks.
its an '04 chevy aveo base, 1.6L with around 100,000 miles. ANY ideas would be amazing!!!

How are you so sure that the valves aren't damaged?
This is an interference engine.

From what people have told me, if the car runs then most likely the valves aren't damaged. I'm not throwing out the idea for the valves on cyl. 1 being bent a bit, but I would think the others are fine. The car ran great (except idle) until the power loss.

You can't assume that. You have an unexplained driveability issue. You need to perform a leakdown test.

Ok. Ill do that when I get off work. But could that be causing the power loss like?

Stop listening to them.
Let HT take you on as I think this engine has lots more going on so let some accurate testing be your first move,
