03 Ranger runs like junk

i have a 03 ranger 3.0 i changed all plugs wires and coil pack plugs are gapped to for dealer spec all parts are motorcraft the wires are on correctly and coil is pluged up correctly any advice?

Did it run "like junk" before you tuned it up?
