Sounds like it coming from under engine on passenger side. it really blows a lot of air. Sound is loud and causes the engine to really slow down like turning on a/c at idle, then it smooths right back up until next time. it only does it with the a/c on, rest of the time if a/c off runs beautiful. Try leaving the air off. If I leave the A/C off, there is no sound.
