03 Hyundai Sante Fe cranks but has trouble starting

My 03 Sante Fe has problems starting, cranks but takes too much time to start.....when it starts sometimes it will also idle up to 2000rpm
and/or smoke some grey to grey/blue smoke with a smell of raw gas...
we have replaced the crankshaft positioner sensor as it was a recall
part back in 03/04
I bought car in february this year its financed and I was told it had a GPS installed.....could this be a issue to why its not starting?
engine light comes on.....but goes off after a few starts?

You would want to start with getting the codes pulled....
going off the info provided in your post, it really doesn't sound like you have the background to tackle this problem.
It may be better to take this one in...
