01 explorer sport wont stay running when started in cold weather

01 explorer sport has trouble staying running when the weather gets cold. especially when i first start it up. any suggestions??

Will it run if you keep your foot on the gas a little bit? If it does, replace the Idle Speed Control motor.
Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
