01 Buick Century 3.1 MAF

Voltage tested the Maf sensor and at idle the sensor wire is showing around 4.2 volts. I believe it should be quite lower than that but I'm not sure. Also the voltage doesn't really move when throttling. This car has sluggish acceleration and also surges and stalls. Plugs and wires are new, map sensor replaced. Catalytic converter good, and fuel pressure reading normal.

Don't freak out yet. Check air intake snorkeling for how tight and intact it all is - all of it from pick up spot, thru air filter and on,
