Working on this car for a friend of mine and here is what happened then what I noticed when diving in to the repair.
She was driving on the highway when she heard a pop and the car died. Had it towed home and its been sitting.
I just got it in and the first thing I did was pull the plugs and wires, plug#1 seems the better ones of them all not much other than needing replaced and the wire is fine, Plug#2 we have oil coating the plug as well as the area that puts off spark is smashed to crap and the ceramic must have become week because it busted off during removal the wire has gunked up oil on it , Plug #3 covered in oil as well as the wire, plug #4 plug looks dried out really bad with rust looking like it is growing on it and the wire has white and orange stuff dried to it which looks like corrosion which appears to be thicker than powder "wipes off easy" the plug is way way bad it has rust all over it.
The guy before me who worked on this had removed the motor mounts to take off the timing belt cover and the timing belt appears to be new, and he said that he was checking the timing and he noticed it would not fully rotate 360 degrees instead it would get about 180 and then stop turned it the opposite direction and the same thing. -Not sure if that is rellevent or not but if anyone can give me some advice that would be great.

# 1 - Please change that user name - this isn't a place to sneak in ads for yourself or anyone.
* This Kia, not running, odd plug evidence, not rotating by hand or wrench I'm guessing and a broken/smashed plug. That smacks of a jumped timing belt so would expect possible severe engine damage whether timing belt or whatever broke that could self destruct like that. If you did just a test putting compressed air into a cylinder at TDC on a bad one it will probably blow the air into intake or exhaust freely,

If the engine quit and some guy was messing with the belt and was rotating the engine backwards, that's a good way to jump a few teeth on the right hand cam sprocket. If a new belt was installed because the old one snapped, it has bent valves.
Oil on the plugs is probably from leaking spark plug tube seals. Broken plug as Tom stated and not being able to rotate the engine could be mechanical damage. Might want to pull the broken plug out and take a look at the electrode end.
