A lot of things can cause that type of noise. The best advice I can give you is to buy a mechanic's stethoscope and listen to various parts of the engine until you can narrow it down. If you suspect an accessory pulley bearing noise, pull off the belts and spin the pulley by hand. If it makes noise, binds up, or has excessive lateral play, replace the accessory (alternator, water pump, etc...). Also, listen closely as you put the stethoscope on the timing cover. A lot of times with Mopar I have seen the camshaft belt get so stretched out that it slaps the timing cover. Good luck and let us know what you find.
