i need to find a short that keeps my truck from running when any of the lights come on, when i turn on my turn signels or any thang that has to do with light comeing on out side it will make my truck stall

Check the wiring at the bulkhead connector at the firewall.
Look at the large gauge red wires
Thats where they were known for problems.
