Hi guys I was driving today with my 04 dodge caravan, the steering wheel was shaking side to side, the tire inflated ok, and rims aren't bent what could cause this kind of problem.

If this is happening at real low speeds I'll bet you have a separated tire. Jack up the front end and spin the tires while watching them and look for a bulge or deformed area. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

You mentioned it took air suggests you might have run it way too low on pressure and tread separation more likely as well as hitting road defects harder on the tire. Do yourself a favor and replace in pairs, clean rim of corrosion (wire brush or as needed) especially if alloy and a new valve stem and be done with it, T
