1991 corsica, old school, used paperclip for check engine flashes for code, has 1-2-1-2-1-2(12) for system go, the 2-3-2-3-2-3-(23) any know what 23 stands for?? 2.2L

Answered in previous forum, but here it is again.

23 Inlet air temperature sensor signal showed an air temperature below -31� F after the engine had been running for 2 minutes (9 minutes for Beretta & Corsica engine).

Check to be sure the sensor is not unplugged.
