Hello, I had my cars Service Engine light on. I took it to a mechanic and it was the Cathalitic Converter. He replaced the converter but when I picked up my car, the VSC and TracOff lights are ON. He reset them but a block away they went ON again. What could it be? Thank you for all y our help!

Going to need to have it scanned with a high end scan tool to find out what code(s) are being stored. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

That is likely something entirely different as a converter code will not reset that quickly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Yes, you are going to need a high end scan tool to access the abs controller to see what codes it maybe harboring. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
